Validate and enter charges
Deliver exceptional customer service
Pre-registration and scheduling
Answer incoming calls and direct patients appropriately
Work closely with clinical team and SPAC offsite team
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED
Preferred
1+ years in a healthcare or medical office setting
Ability to learn and retain medical coding (ICD-10, CPT)
Ability to interpret insurance information
Knowledge of clinical practices and medical terminology
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
