Responsibilities
Lead the close, consolidation, and reporting with timely, accurate financial statements
Own budgeting and forecasting cycles
Oversee day-to-day accounting for multiple locations and ensure adherence to US GAAP and company policies
Guide cost accounting practices and analyze operational spend to improve margin and cash flow
Partner with operations leaders on KPI tracking and project performance
Support internal and external audits and strengthen controls and processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
5 to 8 years of progressive experience
Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency; comfort building models and management reporting
Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, influence, and collaborate across functions
Preferred
CPA strongly preferred
