Client Service Associate
Center for Financial Planning, Inc.® is a Registered Investment Advisor that focuses on comprehensive financial planning. They are seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to support their wealth management team by collaborating with financial planners and providing exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities
Support team initiatives and understand and support the firm and department’s vision, mission, and strategy
Collaborate with financial planners of The Center to assist in the development of financial plans and periodic reviews for clients including, but not limited to, retirement analysis, tax planning, education expense analysis, estate planning, insurance assessment, and investment management
Front-line exposure with client communication
Provide exceptional service for client needs including account maintenance, money movement, relationship support, etc., commensurate with at least two years of experience
Coordinate and proactively follow up with clients’ other financial professionals, when necessary
Work with lead financial planners to successfully onboard new clients
Proactively seek ways to surprise and delight clients with WOW moments
Assist in department projects and with the creation of efficient processes and procedures
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years in same or similar Client Service role within a financial planning or investment environment
Strong service mindset and drive to go above and beyond to provide the best possible client experience
Desire to be part of a team, well-developed interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with individuals of varied backgrounds and working styles
Intellectual curiosity and talent to think independently and creatively to solve problems
Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment while prioritizing independent tasks and meeting aggressive deadlines
Process-oriented, exceptional organization skills, and dedication to exceeding quality standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
While not required for consideration, Series 7, 63, or 66 or other securities license or willingness to complete as a part of professional development plan
