Accurately follow work orders to meet customer / product specifications

Focus on precision first and then pace

Quality check work for neat seems and correct stitching

Ability to identify flaws/variations in different patterns and color identification

Must be able to handle materials such as cotton, silk, viscose, wool, nylon, etc

Work with team members to coordinate work flow and resolve issues

Keep work area tidy
