Responsibilities
Leading the design, execution, and evaluation of organization-wide training and development programs
Assessing company-wide learning needs and aligning training strategy with short- and long-term organizational goals
Overseeing instructional design, delivery, and evaluation across classroom, virtual, and e-learning modalities
Managing vendor partnerships and external training resources to enhance internal capabilities
Partnering with executive and departmental leaders to support performance management and workforce development initiatives
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in a related field
8+ years of experience leading training or organizational development functions
3+ years of experience managing and developing large teams
Strong expertise in instructional design, program evaluation, and performance management
