Responsibilities

Lead the full stack development team in delivering high-value solutions using Agile methodologies

Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Design and develop high-quality web and mobile applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience

Collaborate with designers and other developers to create engaging and effective user interfaces

Drive the design, development, and implementation of new features and enhancements to existing applications

Oversee the integration of various services and APIs, ensuring smooth connectivity and functionality across platforms

Maintain and enhance existing applications, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance as needed

Collaborate in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery while upholding code quality standards

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and tools, evaluating and integrating them into the development process to improve products and workflows
