VP Digital
Noto Group is seeking a Vice President of Digital who will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and lead the company’s digital strategy. This role involves overseeing digital marketing initiatives, managing e-commerce operations, and driving team performance to enhance the company's online presence and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a digital strategy that aligns with overall business goals and objectives
Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge
Lead and inspire a diverse team of digital marketing and site operations professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team
Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, analytics and all forms of paid digital advertising
Ensure the execution of effective campaigns that drive engagement and conversion
Manage e-commerce platform and digital sales channels, optimizing site operations to enhance user experience, increase online sales, and ensure seamless functionality
Implement best practices for site performance, navigation, and customer journey
Utilize data analytics and consumer insights to inform strategy, drive improvements, and enhance customer experiences
Create and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and ROI across both marketing and site operations
Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, Product Development, and Sales, to ensure alignment of digital initiatives with organizational goals, while also fortifying operational efficiency
Develop and manage the digital marketing and site operations budget
Allocation resources to maximize ROI across all digital initiatives
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
Action solutions that enhance digital capabilities and customer engagement
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and site operations strategies
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital and operational initiatives
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in digital marketing tools, e-commerce platforms, and site management technologies
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field; MBA preferred
15 years' experience in digital marketing and site operations
5+ years in a leadership role
