Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for performance marketing initiatives across client engagements, ensuring consistency, quality, and results. You’ll set the standard for how performance media is planned and executed across the agency
Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and traditional media channels. Your curiosity will drive continuous testing, learning, and optimization
Oversee media planning, budget allocation, and channel mix decisions aligned to client objectives and performance goals. You’ll ensure investments are optimized for both efficiency and impact
Establish and manage KPI frameworks that connect media performance to meaningful business outcomes. Your responsibility ensures data integrity, clarity, and accountability in reporting
Lead conversion rate optimization efforts across landing pages, funnels, and post-click experiences in close collaboration with creative and web teams. Your tenacity ensures continuous improvement across the full customer journey
Guide full-funnel marketing strategies using first-party and third-party data solutions to support audience development, lifecycle marketing, and performance growth
Partner closely with clients by leading performance discussions, presenting insights, and providing strategic recommendations. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, translating complex data into clear, actionable guidance
Ensure best practices in analytics, measurement, attribution, and reporting, including the use of Google Analytics and related platforms
Lead, coach, and develop a team of performance marketers, supporting skill development, career growth, and a culture of accountability and innovation
Maintain strong quality control through regular campaign reviews, performance assessments, and optimization plans
Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, insights, and client services teams to ensure integrated execution across a diverse client portfolio
Stay current on platform updates, media trends, and emerging technologies, applying relevant insights to elevate client programs and agency capabilities
