Develop and execute network maintenance plans, addressing faults and implementing enhancements within design scope

Investigate and resolve network incidents promptly, adhering to defined service level agreements

Create and maintain traceability matrices linking requirements, design, and testing for agile delivery

Build automation scripts and implement telemetry to support continuous integration and security compliance

As needed, support applicable software platforms or infrastructure
