Responsibilities

Support Contracting Officers (COs) with all aspects of contract closeout and post-award administration
Perform de-obligation of ULOs/UDOs, auto-closeouts, and digital imaging of contract files
Prepare closeout documentation including DD Form 1594s, release of claims, MFRs, and related records
Coordinate with DFAS, DCAA, DCMA, COs, CORs, and Financial Management teams
Validate invoices, payments, audits, and final acceptance using EDA, WAWF, PIEE, and MyInvoice
Maintain accurate SharePoint tracking, contract inventories, and retention records
Manage physical and digital contract files in accordance with FAR and DoD Contract Closeout Guidebook
Assist with audit reviews and prepare draft responses for CO approval
Track, stage, store, and prepare files for retention, transport, or destruction
Provide regular inventory and status reports to the Government

Required

Bachelor's degree with 3 years of contract closeout experience OR 6 years of contract closeout experience in lieu of a degree
U.S. Citizenship required
Ability to obtain a background check
Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and SharePoint
Active Secret Clearance Required
