Participate in discovery sessions to understand client data migration requirements
Design and propose migration solutions using Microsoft Power Platform capabilities
Customize Power Platform and Dynamics applications to support migration needs
Gather, document, and communicate technical and functional migration requirements
Collaborate with SMEs and project teams throughout delivery
Provide estimates and delivery guidance for migration tasks
Lead architecture and design efforts for data migration initiatives
Mentor and guide junior migration resources
Qualification
Required
7–10 years of experience in data or document migration projects
Strong experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, and FileNet
Proven ability to lead migration architecture and technical design
Strong understanding of data modeling, process modeling, and revision control
Consulting experience and strong client-facing communication skills
