Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives to drive marketing-qualified leads (MQLs)
Create compelling content tailored to sponsors, CROs, and research sites (LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, landing page copy, thought leadership)
Translate complex clinical trial and AI concepts into clear, engaging messaging
Create, launch, and optimize email marketing campaigns using HubSpot
Manage lists, segmentation, workflows, and performance tracking within HubSpot
Align email campaigns with conferences, product launches, and sales initiatives
Own LinkedIn presence and LinkedIn ad campaigns, including audience targeting, creative development, performance tracking, and optimization
Support organic social media efforts; familiarity with other platforms (e.g., X) is a plus
Coordinate marketing support for industry conferences (e.g., DPHARM, SCRS, Scope)
Manage conference-related logistics from a marketing perspective, including pre-event outreach, meeting coordination, on-site support materials, and post-event follow-up campaigns
Align conference participation with broader pipeline and lead-generation goals
Track campaign performance and report on MQLs, engagement, and conversion metrics
Continuously test and refine messaging, channels, and tactics to improve results

Required

Proven experience in clinical trials marketing, with a strong preference for patient recruitment
Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn and LinkedIn ad campaigns
Demonstrated experience creating and executing email campaigns in HubSpot
Strong content creation skills (written and conceptual)
Experience driving B2B lead generation and MQLs
Familiarity with conference and event marketing logistics
Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred

Experience working fractionally or with early-stage companies
Experience marketing AI, health tech, or digital health platforms
Advanced HubSpot experience (workflows, reporting, integrations)
Understanding of CRO, sponsor, and site stakeholder personas
