Responsibilities

Answer phones, schedule appointments and client review meetings. Maintain a systematic appointment scheduling process

Assist in the assembly of client appointment presentation materials

Communicate with clients to remind of upcoming appointments

Open and close office, prep meeting room. Stock daily supplies

Fulfill routine client service requests, resolve inquiries and escalate cases when appropriate

Greet clients and other office visitors to create a warm and friendly first impression

Input data into CRM and ensure accuracy of the information

Provide confident communication both in person and over the phone to facilitate and resolve client service requests

Send out client correspondence, marketing materials and communications

Coordinate with LPL Financial and other custodians and strategic partners on client account maintenance and reporting
