Responsibilities
Lead a team in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a wide range of contributors such as developers, architects, and analysts
Work autonomously and dive into new areas of the product lifecycle, contributing tangible value across multiple phases
Work on a variety of projects at enterprise-level organizations
Drive prioritization with delivery teams
Understand customer needs and drive product requirements that align with them
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients
Navigate and manage relationships in large client organizations
Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
Influence, persuade, and negotiate effectively
Mentor and develop consultants to fulfill their potential
Qualification
Required
5 - 10 years of experience working in a technical product management role, managing teams across one or more workstreams in an Agile environment
Experience working at a management consulting firm, supporting large enterprise accounts
Experience delivering AI and self-service data solutions
Experience implementing new modern architecture
Experience working with engineering teams
Preferred
MCP experience is highly preferred
Experience within the Life Sciences industry or working with the FDA
SAFe Certified Product Owner or Product Manager
