Channel Engagement Executive
RF-SMART is a global software company focused on transforming customers' lives. The Channel Engagement Executive is responsible for promoting RF-SMART solutions within the NetSuite partner ecosystem and developing relationships to drive new business.

Responsibilities
Effectively works from either our corporate offices in Jacksonville, our Denver location or a home office, covering a North America geographic territory
Must be able to communicate successfully via remote communications including telephone, web-based demonstrations, and email
Establish professional, consultative relationships by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of our partners and their prospect/customer
Building and fostering new partner engagements with partners in North America. Candidate must be able and willing to network
Responsible for creating and driving sales pipeline through our partner ecosystem
Effectively manage/forecast partner sales opportunities
Maintain knowledge of competitors to strategically position products and services
Participate in company strategic meetings
Travel to visit Partners, as well as to attend local, regional, and national user groups as needed/required events; Estimated travel = 30%
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in a business field, or equivalent work experience
Strong written communication skills
3–5+ years of experience in alliances, partnerships, channel management, or business development, preferably in SaaS, ERP, or technology consulting
Strong understanding of industry associations and buying groups and how they influence buying decisions
Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships that drive measurable business results
Excellent relationship-building, communication skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Preferred
Experience with NetSuite, ERP software, or SaaS ecosystems
Familiarity with co-marketing programs and joint go-to-market initiatives
Internal cross collaboration
Background in mid-market B2B industries (e.g., retail, distribution, services)
