Channel Engagement Executive
RF-SMART is dedicated to transforming customers and changing lives. The Channel Engagement Executive is responsible for building and managing partnerships within the NetSuite Ecosystem and driving sales pipeline through associations and NetSuite Direct.

A bachelor's degree in a business field, or equivalent work experience
Strong written communication skills
3–5+ years of experience in alliances, partnerships, channel management, or business development, preferably in SaaS, ERP, or technology consulting
Strong understanding of industry associations and buying groups and how they influence buying decisions
Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships that drive measurable business results
Excellent relationship-building, communication skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Preferred
Experience with NetSuite, ERP software, or SaaS ecosystems
Familiarity with co-marketing programs and joint go-to-market initiatives
Internal cross collaboration
Background in mid-market B2B industries (e.g., retail, distribution, services)
