Responsibilities

Handle complex litigation matters from inception through trial
Draft and argue motions; prepare pleadings, briefs, and legal memoranda
Manage all phases of discovery, including written discovery and depositions
Analyze professional liability coverage issues
Conduct thorough legal research and factual analysis
Appear in state and federal courts as required

Required

California-licensed Litigation Attorney
