Responsibilities
Lead and manage large-scale, multi-country Oracle transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and quality
Establish and maintain a robust program governance framework, ensuring transparency, accountability, and adherence to best practices
Define program milestones, dependencies, and success metrics, and ensure alignment across all workstreams
Manage and engage with diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership, business sponsors, delivery teams, and Oracle as the product vendor
Operate effectively in multi-vendor environments, ensuring collaboration, issue resolution, and alignment across partners
Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, maintain strong relationships, and drive executive-level buy-in
Proactively identify program risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and communicate impacts clearly to stakeholders
Track, measure, and evaluate program performance, driving continuous improvement and corrective actions where required
Ensure delivery excellence through data-driven insights and regular governance reviews
Lead geographically distributed and culturally diverse teams, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment
Encourage collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning across program teams
Demonstrate strong conflict management and resolution capabilities
Deliver clear, concise executive communications, including program updates, escalations, and decision proposals
Support executive negotiations and decision-making through strong articulation and presentation of program insights
Apply a strategic mindset to align program outcomes with broader business objectives and transformation goals
Support pre-sales and solutioning activities for Oracle Cloud transformation engagements
Provide program-level insights, delivery approaches, risk considerations, and execution strategies to strengthen proposals and client presentations
Collaborate with sales and solution teams to demonstrate delivery capability and transformation leadership
Qualification
Required
Graduate or Post Graduate degree
Proven experience managing at least 3 large-scale, successful, multi-country Oracle transformation programs
Strong experience in Oracle ERP / Oracle Cloud transformation delivery
Demonstrated ability to design and run effective program governance structures
Experience working in multi-vendor environments, including conflict and dependency management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong executive presence
Strong presentation, articulation, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and drive alignment at all levels
