Responsibilities
Assist in the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts across global business units
Partner with business leaders to gather inputs and validate assumptions
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic initiatives
Prepare variance analyses comparing actuals to budget/forecast
Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports for internal stakeholders and PE sponsors
Support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, including board and investor presentations
Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investments, and strategic initiatives
Support M&A activity with financial due diligence and integration planning
Work closely with Accounting, Operations, and Business Development teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial data
Support ERP and system implementations or enhancements as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
3–5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Preferred
Experience in a multi-entity, international environment preferred
MBA or CPA a plus
