Operational Resilience Program Manager
Phyton Talent Advisors is seeking an Operational Resilience Program Manager to lead and deliver a defined regulatory initiative aligned with DFS 500.4. Responsibilities
Lead and deliver a defined regulatory initiative aligned with DFS 500.4, including requirements definition, methodology and documentation standards, template development, roadmap creation, and coordination of end-to-end execution
Oversee a Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) compliance and enhancement program to ensure resilience capabilities meet regulatory expectations and align with industry best practices
Develop and maintain Disaster Recovery policies and procedures that establish minimum recovery standards to protect personnel, operations, and technology, clearly documenting the scope of recovery services and capabilities in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of professional experience, including several years within financial services, with a focus on Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, and/or Disaster Recovery
Strong working knowledge of U.S. financial services regulations related to Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery
Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and deliver complex projects from initiation through completion
Proven experience drafting and maintaining policy and procedure documentation
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Experience developing project plans, schedules, milestones, and tracking deliverables
Ability to prepare and present status updates, project documentation, requirements, and executive-level materials
Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations and coordinating across cross-functional teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels
Bachelor's degree required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Preferred
Big 4 consulting or comparable advisory experience
Advanced degree a plus
