They are seeking a part-time responsible Caretaker for an apartment building located in Little Falls, MN, who will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and buildings in good repair.

Responsibilities
Handle minor maintenance items throughout complex
Be available when on call for after-hour emergencies
Clean and maintain the common areas of the building
Keep the complex in the best state of repair and cleanliness at all times
Pick up paper, garbage, and debris from grounds and parking lots
Enforce the rules and regulations of the complex
Clean and touch-up paint units upon turnovers
Qualification
Required
Minimum of high school diploma or relevant experience
Ability to take initiative and to problem solve
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to use common sense judgment in day-to-day matters
Live on site - required
