Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls with a blend of professionalism, empathy, and accuracy
Conducting thorough intake interviews
Meticulously documenting details to ensure that every case is captured with 100% accuracy
Set the tone and pace of a call
Guiding them through difficult conversations with patience and empathy
Remaining focused on collecting the vital information needed to assess the viability of their claims
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including strong grammar and spelling
Professional and empathetic phone presence
Strong active-listening skills and the ability to ask appropriate clarifying questions
Proficiency in a Microsoft Windows environment and accurate typing skills
Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
Preferred
Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
