Responsibilities

Provide administrative support on varied and complex projects associated with the Office of the Vice President for UDAE

Coordinate, prioritize and monitor through completion of complex project assignments

Understand, investigate and analyze problems with a broad perspective, anticipate administrative impacts and implications and recommend solutions

Anticipate and analyze operational and procedural problems and address them proactively by making recommendations, taking appropriate courses of action and exercising good judgment in decision making

Required

Ability to initiate, coordinate, prioritize, and monitor through completion of project assignments, utilizing sound principled written, oral and editing practices

Ability to anticipate and analyze operational and procedural problems and address them proactively by making recommendations, taking appropriate courses of action and exercising good judgment in decision making

Working knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn, interpret and apply a wide variety of policies and procedures relating to and impacting operations and programs in University Development and Alumni Engagement

Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of relevant work experience. A graduate degree in a related field may be substituted for one year of the required experience. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis
