Common Ground Learning is a boutique ABA practice dedicated to supporting children with developmental disabilities. They are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to ensure smooth daily operations, support clinical staff, and maintain clear communication with families.

Responsibilities

Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries from families, staff, and referral sources
Schedule and coordinate client and clinician appointments
Maintain client and staff records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Assist with onboarding paperwork for new clients and employees
Support billing, authorizations, and insurance documentation as needed
Manage calendars, meetings, and office correspondence
Order office supplies and maintain an organized workspace
Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation
Support the development of SOPs for a growing agency
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred

Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Experience in healthcare, education, or ABA settings is a plus
