Responsibilities
Assist with Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to solar products purchased from Signature Solar
Collaborate with the Business Development team in connection with servicing Installer needs
Stay up to date with changes based on emerging products and regulations
Deliver unparalleled customer service, whether face-to-face, over the phone, or through email, including managing conversations with dissatisfied customers that may escalate into stressful situations
Speak to customers, explain technical concepts, host seminars, and provide clear instructions
Offer support through the home location of Sulphur Springs, TX, and travel for on-site support
Manage travel schedules efficiently to maximize productivity and ensure effective client engagement
Safely operate a vehicle to attend client meetings, networking events, and business-related activities

Qualification
Required
2+ years of Residential or Commercial solar installation, wiring, and system configuration
Field-based role with travel for on-site support
Assist with Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to solar products purchased from Signature Solar
Collaborate with the Business Development team in connection with servicing Installer needs
Stay up to date with changes based on emerging products and regulations

Preferred
NABCEP PVSI, Master or Journeyman electricians is a plus
