Responsibilities
Providing exceptional customer service by answering all incoming calls warmly and professionally, ensuring prompt redirection to the appropriate internal contact
Efficiently screening and distributing incoming calls to ensure timely responses
Greeting and assisting clients visiting our office, ensuring they receive a positive and helpful experience
Processing client payments accurately and efficiently
Managing client appointments across multiple locations
Taking ownership of additional tasks as assigned, demonstrating attention to detail and follow-through
Coordinating supply requests for your location, ensuring smooth operations
Maintaining a tidy and professional front desk area to create a welcoming atmosphere
Reporting building issues promptly and accurately to the appropriate contacts
Undertaking special projects as directed by our leadership team
Utilizing downtime to contribute to data cleanup efforts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a specified office
Rotating virtual Saturday and Thursday night shifts
Client facing and location-based position
Must have a professional and friendly demeanor
Must report to work in appropriate professional attire
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred
Associates Degree in Business Administration or similar
Prior customer service or administrative experience
