CSAT Solutions LP is seeking a dedicated and self-driven full-time Field Sales Representative to play a pivotal role in ensuring top-notch medical equipment quality across hospitals. This role involves traveling to medical facilities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales goals while contributing to patient care.

Responsibilities

Travel to medical facilities (primarily hospitals) to pick up equipment for repair and conduct face-to-face commercial meetings with existing and potential new customers
Assess customer needs through profiling questions
Solicits customer feedback on prior repair services; inquires about new repair and equipment needs for sales representatives
Responds to queries about company products and services
Builds and maintains effective professional relationships with clients
Provide clients with status updates on orders
Ensures full customer satisfaction
Gain detailed knowledge about the company's products and services
Responsible for meeting ISO 9001 and/or other quality system requirements in their department
Other duties as assigned in support of customer service and sales activities

Ability to make cold calls (within the hospitals)

Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills required
May be required to sit/drive for long periods of time
80% travel (driving during the day)
