Responsibilities
Provide field support for refrigeration sites across assigned geography including support for operations, field maintenance, and food safety partners
Manage multiple complex projects and tasks simultaneously as well as be able to influence, and develop relationships at all organization levels
Oversee the maintenance acceptance of part of commissioning large-scale, complex projects
Provide leadership and mentoring to facilities maintenance leadership and operations teams
Be involved in design review process across the North American market while providing guidance and professional recommendations on equipment standardization procurement to leverage scale, cost savings opportunities, and to standardize maintenance activities as we continue to expand the business
Travel domestically up to 50%
Understanding of refrigeration systems, troubleshooting, design, and repair
Familiarity with low-GWP refrigerants, pending regulatory requirements, and design changes
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
Qualification
Required
3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds
Knowledge of generic mechanical room infrastructure such as chillers, cooler units, and fan controls
Understanding of refrigeration systems, troubleshooting, design, and repair
Familiarity with low-GWP refrigerants, pending regulatory requirements, and design changes
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
Preferred
Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree
Familiarity with refrigeration CO2 designs and system improvements / modifications
Familiarity with refrigeration controls systems including Danfoss and/or Copeland
