Responsibilities

Analyze and control the flow of inventory receipts ensuring internal storage and external storage supports outbound demand
Engage in effective communication, reporting, and forecasting to support inventory consumption
Analyze health of inventory to identify aging and obsolete items
Participate and assist in managing a comprehensive cycle counting plan in collaboration with finance and inventory clerks to maintain accurate inventory records across all locations
Provide essential support for ADIs, ensuring expired material is processed out of the facility
Support buybacks to help ensure that inventory is moved back to the manufacturing team in a timely manner and transactions are completed systemically
Lead and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) teams to identify and resolve complex operational issues, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions
Gather, process, and analyze datasets to extract actionable insights
Design and develop comprehensive dashboards using various business intelligence tools to visualize performance trends and communicate key findings to stakeholders
Work directly with the Stock Sync Coordinator to monitor and minimize inventory discrepancies, actively driving initiatives to ensure stock accuracy remains within established targets

Required

BS Degree in a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Manufacturing or distribution environment
Requires the ability to meet deadlines, have good organizational skills and have the ability to work independently
Requires ability for test design and interpretation of results
Must have strong communication skills, presentation skills, writing skills, and excel skills
Ability to lead teams through basic problem-solving activities

Preferred

SQL experience for data querying and manipulation
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong ability to interpret complex datasets
General experience working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools or concepts, particularly in a quality or operational context
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos
