Customer Success Manager
Jagger is a fast-growing fintech startup building an AI-powered financial platform for consumer brands, and they are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team. In this role, you will manage relationships with high-value customer accounts, focusing on driving adoption, retention, and expansion while acting as a trusted partner to clients.

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of high-value customer accounts
Build strong, trusted relationships with founders and operators
Drive onboarding, product adoption, and long-term retention
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
Proactively identify risks and resolve issues before they escalate
Share customer feedback internally to influence product improvements
Lead customer check-ins, demos, and reviews
Represent the company at customer and industry events
Qualification
Required
3+ years in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role
Experience owning customer relationships end-to-end
Comfortable working directly with customers and senior stakeholders
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-driven
Interest in fintech, SaaS, or ecommerce
Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred
Experience working with ecommerce brands or founders
CRM experience (HubSpot is a plus)
