Service Desk Support Analyst II

Responsibilities
Reviews ticket queue and works to reduce ticket count
Uses Incident and Knowledge data to identify common issues and work with appropriate personnel to develop solutions
Follows standard technology support procedures
Answers customer phone calls
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
1 – 2 years of related experience
May require vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experience
Experience with Other Active Directory
Demonstrated customer service skills
Demonstrated interpersonal/verbal communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
