They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to develop and maintain relationships with partners and end-users, drive sales growth, and achieve revenue targets within the assigned region.

Qualification
Required
Sales and business development skills, including relationship building, prospecting, and client management
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Proficiency in strategic planning, goal-setting, and performance tracking
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Willingness to travel
Preferred
Knowledge of load securement products, transportation and logistics, industries is a plus
Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related software is an advantage
