Responsibilities

Independent Operator who can own and run with a set of defined responsibilities

As a QE Advisory consultant work will be multi faceted and each area will need to be given prioritized appropriately

Open new avenues of growth for testing across a particular Vertical Geo through Account mining

Engage with customers on consulting opportunities workshop and develop customised solutions improvement plan with defined deliverables

Develop collaterals and reusable artefacts

Engage with Analyst groups and respond to RFIs to further LTIMindtree credentials in Analyst ratings

Bid management Solution large proposals for Quality Engineering

Be on top of industry trends and feeding this information to help define QA solution direction and roadmaps to various stakeholders Practices AMs CPs etc

Required

Background in Quality engineering with a good amount of client facing experience

Independent Operator who can own and run with a set of defined responsibilities

Experience across functions of Test Delivery Presales Strategy and Consulting

Experienced in E2E STLC model and processes around it along with good understanding of RFP RFI proposals cycle

Extensive knowledge of Quality Assurance Testing techniques End to End test design Test data management Test environment management

Experience in establishing Test Center of Excellences Federated Un Federated Shared Services to support and transform Run the business Change the business

Expertise in Test Solutioning Proposal writing

Strong communicators with excellent written verbal skills

Good knowledge of current QE trends in the context of Agile DevOps

Excellent presentation and organizational management skills

Resourceful and strategic thinker with an understanding of industry trends

Knowledge of software testing tools

Mandatory Skills: API/Microservices RestAssured Testing, Appium-C# -Testing, BDD -Testing, BrowserStack for Testing, Cloud Application Testing, Cypress.IO, Katalon-Groovy for Testing, LeanFT -Testing, QTP/UFT -Testing, Selenium-C# -Testing, Selenium-Java -Testing, Selenium-Python -Testing, Selenium-Ruby -Testing, SpecFlow for Testing, SQL & Database testing, Test Reports and Dashboards -Testing, Tosca -Testing, User Acceptance Testing
