Manager of Support Services
2W Technologies is a managed, Tier 1 Microsoft CSP and Epicor Platinum Elite Partner that focuses on enhancing manufacturing operations. They are seeking a battle-tested leader to own their Managed Services practice, improve team performance, and build strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Lead a tight-knit squad of 6-10 support ninjas (Tier 2 + Azure/M365/Epicor specialists) – mentor them, level them up, and watch them crush it
Be the air-traffic controller for escalations: jump into the fire on critical incidents, rally cross-functional teams, and get systems back online fast
Build unbreakable client relationships – jump on calls, fix the big stuff yourself when needed, and turn “problems” into raving testimonials
Ruthlessly improve: root-cause everything, kill repeat incidents, tune alerts, and write playbooks that actually get used
Future-proof the team – hire, train, certify, and align skills with our next wave of services
Sit at the leadership table with other Practice Managers – your voice shapes where the company goes next
Qualification
Required
7+ years running IT/Managed Services teams or major projects (B2B or professional services experience = huge plus)
Deep hands-on knowledge of Azure, M365, networking, and infrastructure (Epicor ERP experience = instant celebrity status)
Proven ability to grow people and hit SLAs without breaking a sweat
Zero fear of jumping on client calls or presenting to executives
A track record of turning chaos into calm and 'good' support into 'legendary'
