Architect and lead the end-to-end budgeting and monthly reforecast process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial strategy with business goals
Partner with corporate accounting to deliver timely, accurate financials and drive operational excellence
Design and optimize financial models and forecasts, leveraging advanced analytics to inform both short- and long-term planning
Deliver clear, impactful performance reporting and insights to executive leadership, enabling agile decision-making
Prepare and present investor reporting packages for ownership and external partners, ensuring transparency and trust
Evaluate partnership structures and key metrics, using data to drive value creation
Lead ad hoc analysis and special projects, providing thought leadership on emerging business challenges
Embrace new technologies and digital tools to streamline processes and enhance reporting
Foster a high-performance team culture, mentoring and developing talent for future growth
Adapt and contribute beyond your core responsibilities as business needs evolve
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required (Accounting or Finance preferred)
5+ years' progressive experience in financial analysis or management; real estate sector experience a plus
Advanced Excel and data analytics skills
Proven ability to deliver accurate budgets and forecasts on deadline
Strategic mindset with a track record of solving complex problems and driving process improvements
Experience leading teams and developing others in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; able to influence at all levels
High integrity, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous learning
Preferred
CFA charter preferred
Experience with modern financial systems and BI tools preferred
