Events Marketing Assistant
SoCal Partners is seeking a Marketing Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact marketing events and brand activations. The role involves assisting with event logistics, on-site execution, and collaboration with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Assist with planning, scheduling, and setting up events and promotional activations
Support on-site event execution, including customer engagement and brand representation
Prepare and organize event materials, displays, and promotional items
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and smooth event operations
Gather customer feedback and event insights to support future marketing strategies
Help with light administrative tasks such as coordinating event calendars and tracking inventory
Qualification
Required
Strong interest in events, marketing, promotions, or brand activation
Excellent communication, organization, and people skills
Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable interacting with diverse audiences
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Prior event or marketing experience is helpful but not required
