Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
Translate requirements into clear user stories, backlogs, and acceptance criteria
Assess the impact of requirements across applications, business processes, and integrated systems
Support user acceptance testing by responding to stakeholder questions, triaging issues, and assisting with resolution
Review functional and technical documentation to ensure requirements are testable and well-defined
Develop, execute, and document detailed test cases to validate system functionality and quality
Identify defects, recommend design improvements, and support issue resolution throughout the development lifecycle
Maintain traceability between requirements, features, and testing outcomes to ensure alignment with business objectives
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in analyst roles supporting enterprise operations or service platforms
Proven ability to work independently within CRM or case management environments
Strong background in system testing, quality assurance, and defect management
Experience working in agile delivery environments
Demonstrated experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases
Familiarity with test automation concepts and scripting
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred
Relevant platform or industry certifications
Experience with analytics, automation, or low-code application platforms
