Account Manager/Director - Commercial Aviation Aftermarket
Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth
Expand market presence by identifying and onboarding new high-value accounts
Collaborate with internal operations and support teams to ensure timely, high-quality customer service
Negotiate agreements and secure favorable terms that align with company objectives
Represent the company at leading industry events to strengthen brand visibility and industry networks
Maintain accurate records of account management activity within CRM systems
Qualification
Required
3-15+ years of experience in aftermarket parts sales
Strong portfolio of established customer relationships in the aviation industry (i.e. airlines, MROs, leasing companies)
Strong knowledge of Airbus and Boeing platforms, as well as aftermarket supply chain processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Proven track record of hitting revenue growth targets through relationship-based sales
Ability to travel 25–30% of the time
Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation, or related field (OR equivalent professional experience)
