Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Quality Control, ensuring product and service compliance with established quality standards
Proven experience in Quality Management and Quality Assurance to develop and implement effective quality strategies and processes
Knowledge and experience in Regulatory Affairs to maintain compliance with applicable industry laws and regulations
Understanding and hands-on experience with Quality Systems and tools for process improvement and performance monitoring
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
Preferred
Experience in the jewelry or retail industry is a plus
Bachelor's or master's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
