Responsibilities
Define and drive enterprise-wide ServiceNow solution architectures that are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives
Act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
Own and evolve the architectural roadmap and strategy for the ServiceNow platform
Partner with Product Managers, Enterprise Architects, and Agile delivery teams to execute end-to-end solutions
Lead design and integration efforts for ServiceNow within a complex enterprise environment
Ensure architectural alignment with cybersecurity and infrastructure strategies
Mentor and guide cross-functional teams on architectural best practices
Drive continuous improvement and maintainability across ServiceNow implementations
Support data-driven decision making through intelligent architecture solutions
Participate in project workshops, training, and relevant conferences (up to 10% travel)
Qualification
Required
Hands-on ServiceNow Solution Architecture experience, including platform design, integrations, and roadmap ownership
5+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years in a Solution or Enterprise Architecture role
Strong experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise platforms (e.g., APIs, system-to-system integrations, ETL, data pipelines)
Solid knowledge of Cybersecurity Infrastructure environments (cloud, DevSecOps, infrastructure, security architecture)
Experience working with Agile teams and translating business outcomes into actionable architecture and delivery stories
