This role focuses on equipping contractors to perform advanced service work and preventative maintenance while improving industry proficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage large group of mechanical contractors, service managers, and field service technicians throughout training itinerary

Engage in highly technical discussion involving the refrigeration cycle and its precise operation by electrical and mechanical controls

Continual development and improvement of course content and delivery

Assess participant knowledge levels and alter content start points to maintain uniform class knowledge base

Effective time management of course material delivery while balancing discussions and questions

Gauge course effectiveness and maintain constant trainee engagement throughout duration

Must become a subject matter expert of CAS equipment that uses industry-leading product developments and advancements

Communicate all feedback or recommendations on course material, best practices, or industry insight to Product Training Manager for review

Maintain all training equipment, ensure software is up-to-date, tools are organized, and training facility is presentable

Provide remote support for all trained technicians

HVACR experienceWiring schematicsUniversal EPA CertificationMS Office skillsPublic speakingCommunication skills

Required

3+ yrs experience

Strong ability to read and navigate wiring schematics

MS Office skills required

Public speaking with strong communication skills a must

Willing to travel for initial training

Must enjoy hands on product exposure

Preferred

Extensive HVACR background preferred

Universal EPA Certification preferred
