Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, valuation, and modeling for debt and equity transactions
Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and offering memoranda
Support due diligence efforts and transaction execution across multiple mandates
Research industry trends, comparable transactions, and potential investors or acquirers
Maintain and organize deal documentation, data rooms, and CRM updates
Collaborate closely with senior bankers, analysts, and compliance teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Collaborate with the marketing team for relevant deliverables
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
1 year of experience as an investment banking analyst required
Experience in project finance
Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methods, and capital markets
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
