Responsibilities
Test, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electronic PCBAs
Diagnose circuit boards down to the component level (you find it, you fix it, you test it)
Use tools like digital oscilloscopes, multimeters, and network analyzers
Read schematics and assembly drawings (when provided)
Perform repetitive testing with precision and steady hands
Document test results accurately (because details matter)
Jump in on other tasks as needed-team effort is the name of the game
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
At least 2 years of hands-on experience repairing electronic circuit boards
Strong troubleshooting skills at the component level
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, etc
Able to lift up to 10 lbs
Comfortable working in a PCB manufacturing environment
Preferred
Experience in an electronics repair or manufacturing environment is a big plus
