Oversees the entire lifecycle of data pipelines and models, from design to deployment and maintenance, ensuring data quality, integrity and scalability
Defines and executes a strategic roadmap for analytics engineering, including architecture and data modeling patterns
Partners with leaders in product, engineering, data science, and business teams to align on priorities and understand data needs
Translates complex business needs into effective technical solutions and communicate technical details to various audiences
Delivers high-quality data assets and tools that enhance operational efficiency, support product growth and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization
Establishes and enforces best practices for engineering, testing, documentation, and data governance to maintain quality and compliance
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Informatics, Mathematics or Business-related degree with an emphasis on quantitative analysis
Five (5) years of experience in Financial, Informatics, Quantitative and Statistical analysis
Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, database, data entry)
Knowledge of data modeling, and cloud platforms
Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation, and experience with programming languages
Proficiency with analytic tools such as Snowflake, Sigma, PowerBI, Tableau for visualization
Communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, along with the ability to guide a team
Preferred
MBA, MHA or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Quantitative Analysis, Medical Informatics, Accounting, Mathematics or Business-related field and three (3) years of experience involving financial analysis or statistics may be considered
