Responsibilities

Oversee the Production process from order placement through delivery

PO coordination with offshore offices related to PO revisions or updates

Work closely with suppliers on supply or delivery issues

Supports management on process flow and implementations

Answer daily e-mail communication with factories, timely and completely

Oversees the timely update of POs in the system. Enforces the practice of timely bookings by factories, and responsible for the approval of correct vessel schedules, in line with customer deliveries

Assist in supporting special projects, when needed
