Responsibilities

Support development and execution of project plans, schedules, and budgets

Assist Project Managers with milestone tracking, deliverables, and dependencies

Lead smaller program initiatives that do not require full Project Manager oversight

Act as a central point of contact for project teams and stakeholders

Prepare meeting agendas, capture minutes, and track action items

Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and status updates

Prepare monthly S4 EPP review materials, including executive-level slide decks

Consolidate program risks, opportunities, milestones, and financials

Provide inputs to PST IMS and support the creation of Gate review decks

Assist in developing and maintaining the program risk register

Track program performance metrics and delivery status

Identify risks, issues, and mitigation actions to keep programs on track

Maintain accurate program documentation, records, and reports

Prepare presentations and reports for leadership and stakeholders

Required

5+ years of relevant program or project coordination experience

Experience supporting digital technology initiatives (infrastructure, security, software development)

Hands-on experience building and managing schedules using MS Project and/or Planview

Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
