Client Services Associate - Wealth Management
W3Global is a family-owned, growing investment firm with over $1.4 billion in assets under management. They are seeking a Client Services Associate to support advisors and enhance client service through efficient onboarding and data management.

Responsibilities
Support Advisors & Operations: Collaborate with advisors and back-office staff to streamline workflows and enhance client service
Client Onboarding: Ensure new clients are onboarded efficiently, using digital tools like DocuSign to manage new account forms, and provide consistent communication to clients and advisors throughout the process
Client Assistance: Address client inquiries through calls and emails, prepare and dispatch client documents, and manage online access for clients
Data Management: Maintain and update Salesforce CRM, ensuring client records are accurate and up-to-date, while efficiently managing workflows and case resolutions
Office Organization: Assist with electronic filing and help maintain overall office organization, including participating in special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
High level of accuracy with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in an office environment while also being a collaborative team player
Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a commitment to building and maintaining client relationships
Preferred
Previous experience or knowledge in the financial services industry is highly preferred
Hands-on experience with industry-leading tools such as Salesforce, DocuSign, Tamarac, and Morningstar is a strong plus
Experience with Schwab and Fidelity platforms is also highly desired
