Responsibilities
Execute internal audits and support SOX compliance activities
Perform plant audits, including financial and operational cycle reviews
Review manufacturing processes, including tooling and related controls
Collaborate with a combined internal audit team for on-site plant audits
Document audit findings and support remediation efforts
Participate in internal audit advisory projects through mid-August
Travel to manufacturing plants in TN and AZ as needed
Qualification
Required
Automotive manufacturing industry experience
Internal audit and SOX compliance experience
Background in plant audits within manufacturing environments
Ability to work onsite in Detroit and travel as required
Availability to start immediately
Preferred
Detroit-based candidates strongly preferred
Experience using AuditBoard
Exposure to both financial and operational audit cycles
Experience auditing tooling or capital-intensive manufacturing processes
