Responsibilities
Drive to achieve regional revenue targets for new business within your own territory, and by leading a team of 3 Business Development Managers
Implement and manage rigorous full cycle sales processes, ensuring clear line of sight to performance, forecasting and pipeline through effective metrics, reporting and dashboards
Create and sustain a performance culture that consistently exceeds the expectations of all stakeholders (employees, customers, shareholders) and maintain an environment that optimizes team and individual performance
Qualification
Required
Ambitious and results-driven sales professional
Experience leading a team of Business Development Managers
Ability to work as a player/coach
Accountable for achieving sales revenue individually and through leading a team
Experience in creating strategies that deliver revenue growth
Ability to implement and manage rigorous full cycle sales processes
Experience in performance metrics, reporting, and dashboards
Ability to create and sustain a performance culture
Experience in exceeding stakeholder expectations
