5+ years expSIDALCEAS EduTech is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Project Management to lead their project management division. The Vice President will oversee a team of project managers, drive strategic direction for project management practices, and ensure the successful execution of all company projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the project management division, including hiring, training, and mentoring project managers
Develop and execute strategies for the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
Establish and enforce project management best practices, methodologies, and standards across the organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, and Engineering, to ensure seamless project execution
Monitor project performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes
Provide regular updates to the executive team and stakeholders on project status, risks, and opportunities
Manage high-priority and complex projects that involve significant cross-departmental collaboration
Drive continuous improvement within the project management function, including the adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
5-8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., Agile, PMP, Microsoft Project)
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically and execute effectively under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience in [Industry Specifics, e.g., construction, technology, etc.]
Preferred
PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
A passion for mentoring and developing talent within the project management team
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
